My mother lived in Hollywood during the 1940's. She met my father, a Commander in the U.S. Navy, after the war, married and moved to Redondo Beach. She was an amazing cook and loved California artichokes. So do I.
I really like the idea of this one Cary. You were able to combine a very nice little portrait of your mom along with one of the most interesting vegetables there is! Cool idea to combine the person with one of their fave foods. Good work.
